There are times in our lives when, after a very intense period, we long for peace, recharging and solitude. We want to process life events or chart a new course for ourselves.
This is often difficult in the familiar circumstances of our daily lives, dominated by routine and work. In the individual retreat you will find the peace of mind you need to do this, and in addition to the calmness, thanks to the daily individual sessions, you will find a clear state of mind and spirit.

The Secrets of Looking Retreat Center is housed in an authentically renovated and furnished 100-year-old adobe house in Kötcsé, a small village of a few hundred people in the Somogy Hills,
10 km from Lake Balaton.
During your retreat, you stay in an independent apartment with a separate entrance: a clean and cosy room with a separate bathroom and a cosy living room, offering peace and warmth. You'll have access to a large garden, where you'll find the space and atmosphere that suits you best.
You can enjoy the scenery and the proximity of Lake Balaton, and you can go for walks and hikes.

For whom?
Individual retreats are only available to those who have already worked with me individually or participated in a course. You can come alone or with a second person.

What you should NOT expect:
Don't expect us to talk all day, to 'holiday' together. You are here to give yourself time for self-reflection, to tune in to yourself. The sessions I offer will help you do that.
When?
Individual retreats are possible at any time of the year by prior arrangement, except during the winter months.

Prices depend on the length of the retreat and the number of sessions per day.
